On August 19, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, HVA Investment Corporation officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Partnership with Parker Russell Vietnam Co., Ltd. – a member of Parker Russell International, a prestigious global network in auditing, accounting, and financial advisory services.
Integration of Finance – Technology and International Audit Standards
This marks a significant milestone where a pioneer in financial and technology investment joins forces with a leading firm in auditing, taxation, and management consulting. The partnership bridges cutting-edge financial technology with internationally standardized audit and advisory services, aiming to provide Vietnamese businesses with comprehensive and transparent solutions.
Comprehensive Scope of Cooperation
Under the agreement, HVA Group and Parker Russell Vietnam will jointly implement a wide range of services, including independent audits, financial statement reviews, IFRS conversion, tax consulting, compliance support, transfer pricing, and international trade customs.
